Chef Andrea Peresthu’s life is a voyage of culinary expeditions. Having travelled across Europe for 15 years, he acquired its gastronomic culture and immersed himself in it. Renowned for his positions as Regional Planner and Academic at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, Andrea Peresthu decided to embark on a culinary path, following his life-long obsession for cooking. His admiration for Spanish gastronomy along with his passions for cooking and entertaining led him and Reni to open their first private dining space in Jakarta, Javanegra Gourmet Atelier.
