Established in 2017, Daun Muda Soulfood is the first Indonesian restaurant by Javanegra Gourmet Atelier. Having cooked authentic Spanish food every day led Chef Andrea Peresthu to delve deeper into a variety of cuisines. Born from Jambi and raised in Palembang, Chef Andrea decided to explore an array of dishes from his hometown and other Indonesian cuisines — reminiscing his family’s recipes at home. This curiosity along with enormous support from his friends and family led him to discover a new culinary adventure.
