Javanegra Gourmet Atelier Menu is based on “fresh of the day degustation” or in Japan, they call it “omakase”. Of course at Javanegra Gourmet Atelier, the cuisine is Mediterranean style.
Customers shall inform food restriction and/ or allergic upon reservation. Please kindly be informed that Chef’s cuisine contains raw food, seafood, foie gras, beef and pork. Halal Set Menu is also available.
Set Menu (about 7-9 courses) as the following:
PRIMAVERA SET MENU IDR 1,750,000 (US$ 135) net
ESTRELLA SET MENU IDR 2,150,000 (US$ 165) net
*Charcuterie and Paella will be available based on request with additional charge
Prices exclude fresh orange juice, soft drinks and other beverages. Wine Corkage IDR 350,000 per bottle; Liquor Corkage IDR 500,000 per bottle.
